Repairs
As a responsible landlord Filor wants to maintain all of its properties in good condition. As a tenant you will become responsible for some items of repair. This division of responsibility is clearly identified within the Tenancy Agreement which each tenant will sign at the start of their tenancy.

Filor will classify the fault and undertake the repair using the following categories and response times:
Emergency repairs - within 24 hours
Urgent repairs - within 4 working days
Routine repairs - within 28 working days
We want to ensure our tenants are treated properly and are satisfied with the service they receive so you may be asked to complete a short tenant satisfaction survey form following the repair.
For general building and electrical repairs Filor will employ the services of an external contractor but for plumbing an
d heating Filor has its own employees. Our Gas Safe registered heating engineer will service all gas heating systems on an annual basis as well as responding to any plumbing leaks.
As part of our commitment to Local Government procurement strategy Filor will enter into a joint Measured Term Contract with other Housing Associations within the Apex Procurement Group. This is designed to offer the Association access to contractors which can deliver a maintenance service to our standards and at the most cost effective rates.
