Tenant Information

As a Filor tenant we wish to provide you with all the relevant information you will need to fulfil your role as a tenant and to fully explain our role as a landlord. 

To assist with this Filor has produced a Tenants Handbook. This handbook covers such issues as your legal rights, your security of tenure, your right to repairs and your obligation to maintain your tenancy. 

A copy of the Tenants Handbook is available in publications. Should you require this handbook in an alternative format please contact the office.

Participation 

Filor Housing Association is committed to improving the quality of service we provide and in so doing we aim to widen the role our tenants play in the delivery of services so that a variety of management and service arrangements can be improved.

Filor welcomes the participation of our tenants and has a tenants established a Tenants Forum which meets quarterly. If you would be interested in participating please contact the office.
